Sweet ‘n Simple Desserts is much more than a simple website where you can find delicious, easy dessert recipes, it’s place to learn how to master the techniques necessary to really make the best desserts possible!

The Learning Center is your source for quality instruction to help you master a variety of techniques from The Basics such as creaming butter and sugar to more advanced techniques such as how to temper chocolate and a whole lot in between.  I will be adding more techniques and recipes on a fairly regular basis (as work allows) so be sure to come back often!

The Dessert Recipes not only give you a recipe but help you along the way to making them the best possible by providing more in-depth instructions than you get on other recipe sites. (Some of the recipes haven’t yet been updated with better directions due to time restraints). You can find a variety of easy desserts, complex desserts and everything in between
