Graham Cracker Crust (Graham cracker crust recipe below)

A graham cracker crust is an extremely simple crust, probably the easiest pie crust out there, other than buying a premade one at the store. Plus, it can be used for a variety of desserts, the most common being the cheesecake. Many people, however, prefer a graham cracker crust to a standard flaky pie crust when making many of their normal pies.

A common variation of the graham cracker pie crust is replacing the crackers with an Oreo-style cookie and removing the addition of the sugar. This style of pie and cheesecake crust is very popular and definitely worth trying out.
