Easy Caramel Pecan Pie Recipe
This will probably be just about the easiest caramel pecan pie recipe you'll ever prepare, at least one that's any good.
The filling only contains 5 ingredients and the two most difficult parts of a normal caramel pecan pie are replaced by store-bought ingredients.
So get that oven preheated and have a wonderfully easy caramel pecan pie for dessert tonight!
Ingredients
- 1, 9 in. frozen pie crust, thawed
- 3 eggs
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2/3 c.sugar
- 1 (11.75 oz.) jar caramel topping (the stuff you would buy for ice cream)
- 1 1/2 c. pecan halves
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, slightly whisk eggs.
- Add sugar and stir until fully dissolved.
- Stir in butter and caramel until well mixed. Stir in pecans.
- Pour filling into thawed pie shell and bake for 45 minutes or until you can insert a toothpick into the center and it comes out clean.
- Cool and serve.
