Eclair Cake Recipe
This incredibly easy chocolate eclair dessert is made from only five ingredients but can be made for a whole dinner party!
Ingredients
- 2 (3.5 oz.) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, room temperature
- 3 c. milk, 2% or higher
- 1 (16 oz.) box graham crackers
- 1 (16 oz.) container chocolate frosting
Directions
- In a medium bowl, blend the pudding mix, whipped topping and milk.
- Place the frosting in the microwave for about 30 seconds to soften it up so it spreads easier (optional).
- Place one layer of graham crackers on the bottom of a 13”x9” baking pan. Evenly spread half of the pudding mixture on top. Add another layer of crackers and the remaining pudding mixture. Top with a final layer of crackers.
- Spread the frosting evenly over the entire cake up to the edges of the pan. Cover and chill at least 4 hours before serving (overnight is highly recommended for best texture).
