Mint Chocolate Bark Recipe
This mint chocolate bark recipe is incredibly quick and super delicious. You just have to keep it stored in the fridge or you'll start getting it melted on your fingers when you eat it.
Ingredients
- 2 c. semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. white morsels
- 1 tsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- 2 drops green food coloring (optional)
Directions
- Line a cookie sheet with waxed or parchment paper; set it aside. Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave, stirring every 30 seconds. Pour the chocolate onto the cookie sheet and spread it to about 1/4-inch thick with with a spoon or spatula.
- Combine white morsels and oil; melt in the microwave.
- Mix extract in with melted white morsels and spread evenly over semi-sweet chocolate.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes or until hard.
- Remove bark from paper and either cut or break apart and store in an airtight container in fridge.
