Oatmeal Rasin Cookies Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. butter, room temperature
- 1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 c. old-fashioned oats
- 1 1/2 c. raisins
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.

Prepare baking sheet with non-stick spray or line with parchment paper.

Sift and mix together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; set aside.

Cream the butter and sugar.

Beat in the eggs and vanilla.

Stir the flour mixture into the creamed mixture, mix just until incorporated, do not over mix.

Place 2 inches apart onto baking sheet.

Bake 11-13 minutes, until brown.

Allow cookies to rest on the baking sheet for two minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
